How we work
How does the whole thing start?
It all begins with a chat. You tell us about your space, your style, and that Pinterest board you’ve secretly been curating for years.
Do I need to have all the answers?
Absolutely not. You bring the vision (or even just a vague vibe), and we’ll bring the know-how.
What happens after we design everything?
Once you’re happy, we hand things over to our skilled craftspeople who build your fitted furniture from scratch.
How long does it take from idea to installation?
On average, 6–10 weeks. We’ll give you a proper timeline at the start, so there are no surprises (except the good kind).
Finance
How much will it all cost?
That depends on your space, your choices, and whether you’re going for “clever storage” or “dream-home glow-up.” We’ll give you a detailed quote after the design phase – no guesswork, no surprises.
Do I need to pay everything upfront?
We ask for 50% when you place the order to get things rolling, and the remaining 50% is due two weeks before your agreed installation date – simple, clear, and no surprises.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major cards, bank transfers, and occasionally, homemade brownies (just kidding—cards and transfers only, please!).
Can I spread the cost over time?
We don’t offer in-house financing just yet, but you’re welcome to use your own provider if you want to spread the cost. And we’ll still be here for the aftercare, regardless of how you pay.

What can fitted furniture do for my living room?

Can you build around a fireplace or TV?
Absolutely. We’re pros at working around focal points.
Can I choose the colour and finish?
Yes, and then some. We’ll guide you through the options until it feels just right.
Kitchens
Why go fitted instead of freestanding?
Fitted kitchens aren’t just about neat lines—they’re about using every inch of space wisely.
Can I mix traditional and modern styles?
Heck yes. Want shaker cabinets with brass handles and a concrete worktop? Go for it.
What about appliances—do you supply those too?
We can supply them, integrate the ones you already own, or make suggestions based on how you cook.
I’ve got a weird-shaped kitchen. Can you still help?
We love a challenge. Fitted furniture is made-to-measure, so we turn quirks into character.
